1. Was there no damage at all or no unseen damage?

If you want to have some fun, ask them to put it in writing that they've never paid out DV on a vehicle that hasn't been sold. Hint: you won't get it. If you own the vehicle (it's not under lease currently) and the accident wasn't your fault you are legally entitled to diminished value compensation in all 50 states.
